Company Policies

Deposits:

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Deposits go towards the service or the cancellation/late fees.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

No-Show Policy: 

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of your scheduled service price. 

Late Policy: 

If you are 10 or more minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled, and you will be charged a $50 fee. 

Weeks:

Please make sure you were booking the correct #of weeks; as each service has a specific allotted amount of time. If you booked something too short, I will not be able to perform the service and you will have to reschedule.
